1. Shipping Options

- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
3. Shipping Rates

4. Domestic Shipping
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S., please contact us for shipping options.
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
5. International Shipping
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping directly through our website.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided on the shipping carrier’s website.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
- If your package is delayed, please allow additional time before contacting us. Delivery times may be affected by high volume periods or unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@pinkydesigns.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist in locating or replacing your order.
8. Undeliverable Packages
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because the package was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Please provide a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
10. Return to Sender
- If a package is marked as “Return to Sender” due to an incorrect or incomplete address, shipping charges for reshipping the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
11. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Pinky Designs, LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
