1. Overview

At Pinky Designs, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy below for details on how to request a return, exchange, or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@pinkydesigns.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the return address provided. Please include the RMA number inside the package.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Rejected Refunds: If your return is not approved due to signs of use or missing packaging, we will notify you via email.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pinkydesigns.com.

8. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@pinkydesigns.com. All exchanges must be approved and are take on a individual basis. We will provide instructions on how to process your exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item.

9. Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will notify you. Additional shipping fees may apply if you request reshipment. If you do not wish to reship the item, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
